At Umasagency, we provide custom digital logo design services. Because all our work is made-to-order and tailored specifically to each client, we maintain a clear refund policy as outlined below.

1. Custom Service Policy

All services provided by Umasagency are digital and custom-made. Once work has started on your project, time, creativity, and resources are allocated specifically to your order.

For this reason, refunds are not available once the design process has begun.

2. Before Work Starts

If you request a cancellation before we begin working on your project, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

3. After Work Has Started

Once we have started designing your logo or delivered initial concepts:

• Refunds are not available
• However, we will continue working with you through revisions to ensure satisfaction (based on your selected package)

4. Revisions Policy

We offer revisions depending on your chosen package. Our goal is to adjust and improve the design until it aligns with your expectations within the scope of your plan.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after work has started
• Dissatisfaction due to subjective design preference after multiple revisions
• Failure to provide required information or feedback in time
• Completed and delivered final design files

6. Digital Delivery

Since all products are digital and delivered electronically, there is no physical return or shipping involved.
