Delays in communication may affect delivery time.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment and final delivery, you will receive full rights to the final approved logo design.
  • Umasagency retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full before project delivery begins (unless otherwise stated).
  • Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without prior notice for future orders.

6. Revisions

Revisions are included based on the selected package. We aim to refine your design to match your vision, within the limits of your plan.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In general, custom design services are non-refundable once work has started.

Umasagency is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
