1. Digital Delivery Only

We do not ship any physical products. All services provided by Umasagency, including logo design and branding, are delivered digitally through:

  • Email
  • Direct download links
  • Project sharing platforms (if applicable)

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the package you purchase and the complexity of your project. Estimated delivery times are communicated at the start of your order.

Typical workflow includes:

  • Initial concept delivery
  • Feedback & revision stage
  • Final files delivery

3. Delivery Format

Once your project is completed, you will receive your final files in commonly used formats such as:

  • PNG (transparent background)
  • JPG
  • Vector files (if included in your package)
  • Other formats as agreed in your project

4. Delivery Process

After completion:

  1. We finalize your approved design
  2. We prepare all required files
  3. We send them to your registered email or agreed platform
  4. You confirm receipt of the files
